Selling a home in Maui this year was challenging, but working with Evelyn Jaramillo made the process so much simpler than I ever expected. Her professional guidance was invaluable every step of the way.Evelyn is the definition of a client-first agent. She never pressured us to accept a deal that didn’t feel right, even as we navigated five separate offers from June through October. She was incredibly patient, offering honest advice and always advocating vigorously for our best interests. She had the expertise to guide us away from several offers, confident we could secure a better deal that truly met our needs.By October, we had the right offer, and we closed successfully on November 28.Evelyn is an absolute professional—easy to work with, a great communicator, and a brilliant negotiator. She skillfully mediated every aspect of the sale, from initial offer negotiations to the final details, always ensuring we were well taken care of. Her honesty, integrity, and deep market expertise truly set her apart.I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Maui who combines unparalleled market knowledge with excellent negotiation skills and a genuine client-first mentality, I highly recommend Evelyn Jaramillo. She is a true standout in the industry.

Evelyn was fantastic to work with. This was my first time selling a home and she was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. She supported me in dealing with a tenant occupied unit and was so patient. I truly felt like she was on my side, she wanted me to be happy with with the sale. She is truly a joy to work with, has excellent social skills and is very knowledgeable about the Maui market. I highly recommend working with her!

Evelyn was a joy to work with. She has boundless energy and is extremely positive. She was always punctual and would arrive with a smile on her face and all her homework done. Any questions we had she knew the answers for or would find them out. She was great about spending time doing open houses, arriving in advance of prospective buyers to stage our place and securing our property when she was done. Her follow up after showings with other realtors was timely and she provided us with their feedback. She truly was a pleasure to work with and we would encourage anyone shopping for real estate on Maui to contact Evelyn. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would certainly work with her again in the future.

This is our second purchase with Evelyn, she is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of Maui, always responsive (even with our occasional time differences working on the mainland). Evelyn cares about her clients and always keeps you on her mind. We looked at a potential property months before this one came on the market- when it did Evelyn immediately contacted us with all the information so we could make an informed decision. It’s was at times difficult to get all the information we needed from the sellers - and Evelyn went to work each & every time to produced quick results & ensure we were informed and protected during the negotiation and sale. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying a value property or a million dollar listing, Evelyn will be with you every step of the way. We while-heartedly recommend her and honestly wouldn’t proceed with a Maui real estate transaction without her by our side.

Evelyn is INCREDIBLY professional, always on time, communicates effectively, is exceptionally knowledgeable, while at the same time joyful, supportive and truly has your best interest in mind. Honestly we were blessed to have her as a realtor. She navigated this real estate world with us first time buyers with pleasure, diligence, attention to every detail, flexibility and excellence every step of the way. She went above and beyond at every turn. But it is clear to us that that is simply in her character. You could simply not do better than Evelyn.

We met Evelyn at an open house early in our house hunting process. She got our contact info and sent me relevant info but was never overbearing. When we started to look more seriously, I reached out to her because she stood out among the realtors we had met as kind and knowledgeable, yet never pushy. She made the process of finding and buying a house fun in a difficult market. She was flexible, readily available for quick turn around showings, and incredibly helpful in gathering information about properties that fit what we were looking for. She listened to our preferences and helped us to find the perfect house for us!
